Return Policy

Returns

We understand that sometimes things just don't work out! That’s why we have a 30-day return policy on eligible items.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, not washed or tags removed and free of smells (smoke and pet odors). 

​

Non-returnable items:

Items marked 30% off or more.

Final sale items.

Personalized items
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Any item that is returned and postmarked more than 30 days after purchase.

Exchanges 

We will happily replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please contact hello@violet-creek.com and send a picture of defective item. 

Because we are a small business, we are unable to exchange items unless they are defective or damaged.

Shipping
To return your product, email us at hello@violet-creek.com and we will send you the return address as well as any details needed regarding your return. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
