Returns and Shipping
Violet Creek will accept returns and exchanges of items for a store credit within 30 days from the date your shipped order. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item:
- Must be in the same condition that you bought it.
- Must have all tags attached.
- Can't be worn, altered or washed
The following items cannot be returned:
- Sale items/Final sale items.
- Anything discounted 30% or more.
- Items postmarked more than 30 days after purchase.
If the item arrives damaged/defective:
- Item will be happily replaced, contact email@example.com and include a picture of the damaged item.
If you need a different size, return the item for store credit, and then purchase the size you need. You will be responsible for shipping charges. We do not issue refunds to the original form of payment. Contact firstname.lastname@example.org to initiate the return process.
When mailing the item back, please include your name, order number and reason for return.
Orders will be shipped within 3 business days. Holiday season may cause a longer processing time. Shipping costs between $4-$10 depending on the item(s) and destination.
When returning or exchanging an item, please include a slip with your name, order number and the reason for the return/exchange. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
